Is there really a free trial with no credit card?
Yes. Every plan begins with a 14-day free trial and we never ask for a card to start. You get your full plan during the trial and only pick a paid plan if RepairDesk earns its place at your bench.
Can I cancel or change plans anytime?
Always. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. Switch tiers as your shop grows or shrinks, or cancel from inside the app. If you installed via Shopify, Shopify handles the billing and cancelling simply uninstalls the app at the end of the current period.
Do I need a Shopify store to use RepairDesk?
No. RepairDesk runs embedded inside Shopify admin for Shopify merchants, and also works as a standalone web app for jewellers who don't sell on Shopify. The repair tickets, photos, waivers and customer tracking portal are identical either way.
How much do I save by paying annually?
Annual plans are priced at roughly ten months for twelve: Starter $99.99/year, Professional $199.99/year and Business $299.99/year — about two months free versus paying month to month.
What happens to my SMS allowance?
