Install RepairDesk and connect your Shopify store

For Shopify shops. Use your installation, not a second web account.

RepairDesk installs from the Shopify App Store and runs inside your Shopify admin. There is no separate password to remember — you are already signed in as soon as you open it.

If you use Shopify, install from the Shopify App Store. Do not create a second web account first — that is a separate account and your work can end up split across the two. If this has already happened, email us before entering more records so we can help.

  1. In your Shopify admin, go to Apps and search for RepairDesk.
  2. Click Install. Shopify will show you what the app can access — approve it.
  3. RepairDesk opens inside your admin. That is where you will work from now on.

Choosing your plan, and your free trial

When RepairDesk asks you to choose a plan, review the price and trial terms on the Shopify confirmation screen before approving. Shopify handles the app subscription for your Shopify account.

If booking a repair asks for a plan, follow that plan-selection link and return to RepairDesk afterwards. You do not need a second account or a separate web subscription.

Check when your trial ends and what the charge will be afterwards. A trial is time-limited; cancel before it ends if you do not want the paid subscription.

We can help you get set up

Tell us what you want to do. We can help arrange your repair stages, review existing records and discuss improvements that would make your work easier. We can do this by email — no call needed.

A person will reply within two working days. Please do not send passwords or customer files in your first email; we will agree a secure way to transfer records.
